I have years of experience in content production, with my current role being Digital Content Producer for a well-known department store. I thrive when organising photoshoots and content creation, as I combine marketing strategy with creative flow to produce unique branded content. See below for examples taken from my seasonal campaigns, where I organised the photoshoot from product gathering, image designing, gathering photographers and stylists, before taking control over the photoshoot days to organise timeliness and content quality.
Blog Management & Articles
I currently manage, plan and produce all content on the TJ Hughes Blog, a UK-based department store.
Previously, I controlled and produced all content for the Happy Beds Blog, a thriving online bedroom furniture brand.
I am a regular contributor to The Daily Positive, an online journalism outlet which produces positive articles based on society & psychology.
Web Development & Design
As a large project of mine, I completely re-invented Happy Beds’ Help and Advice section, which included writing all optimised content, designing the format of the page and developing the entire section with HTML and Magento software.
Past projects include designing and optimising the British Aesthetics website, a start-up medical clinic which specialises in cosmetic aesthetics.
SEO Content Production
I also produce all SEO optimisation for TJ Hughes, a first page high ranking domain for multiple product lines.
Both as a past in-office role and through freelance work, I produce all on-site content for Happy Beds using SEO strategies – this includes product descriptions, company info and terms & conditions.
Social Media Management
I am currently the Digital Content Producer & Social Media Manager for TJ Hughes, growing their followers organically by approximately 100 users per day through consistent engaging content and algorithm-friendly social activity. Above all, social media management is my favourite aspect of marketing which I thrive in the most – I love getting creative with branding, aesthetics and strategy!
I am a true creative at heart and with my spare time, I run my own independent clothing brand called Stay Weird which specialises in one-off vintage reworked outfits. I exercise my full marketing knowledge with this project, including developed Influencer marketing campaigns and PPC ads. Every effort of this brand is completed by me, from content production to merchandise creation & marketing.
